We accept bookings up to one year in advance.
If your group is currently staying with us, let us know within two weeks of your retreat if you’d like to rebook for the following year—we’ll do our best to secure a similar weekend. Returning groups may also receive a 5% discount if they choose to roll over their deposit.

As a Christian camp serving a diverse body of believers, we ask that guests dress modestly and avoid clothing with inappropriate logos or messages.

No firearms or fireworks are allowed, except for those who get prior express written approval from the Camp Administrator prior to arrival.

Yes, multiple groups can be hosted simultaneously, depending on availability and group needs. Shared spaces, like the dining area, are managed to ensure each group has its own designated tables. We ask that all groups be courteous and respectful of each other.

We do not have set check-in or check-out times. These details are arranged during the booking process and may vary based on group needs and camp operations.

• Minimum: The number of attendees you are financially responsible for, even if your actual group size is smaller or if you cancel. We recommend selecting a conservative minimum to avoid additional fees.
• Maximum: The cap for your group size. This number may be flexible if discussed with us in advance, depending on available lodging and camp scheduling.

Our staff may take photos or videos for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and print materials. Names are never used without express permission.

No. We encourage guests to unplug and focus on time with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and away from everyday distractions. With the possibility of fellowshipping with other believers on site.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms and in Beechwood Lodge.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for our on-site staff and neighboring guests.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the property.
Tobacco use is not permitted inside any building or near food areas. Smoking is allowed only with prior approval from the Camp Administrator.

We host groups throughout all year long, including winter. But due to our summer programming, we are unable to accommodate Retreats from late June through early August.

Yes! We offer day-use options, especially during weekdays. Day-use includes a base rate plus any additional charges for facility rentals, specific activities and meals.

Linens are provided only in Beechwood Lodge. Guests staying in other lodging options should bring their own bedding or sleeping bags. On occasion upon request those staying in Spruce Lodge or Berea can also have linens provided.

Lost items turned into our office will be held for two weeks. If identifiable, we will contact the group coordinator or the item owner. Unclaimed items may be discarded or donated. Please note that we do not mail lost items.
