Volunteer Opportunities

Tel Hai Camp & Retreat relies heavily on volunteers to assist our full time staff, especially during the retreat season.  You will have the satisfaction of knowing you are making an impact for God's Kingdom by serving and you will enjoy the times of fellowship with our full time staffers.  We cherish our volunteers and look forward to their coming. These are a few areas where help is needed:

Kitchen: Dish washing, food preparation, baking, cleaning, benefit suppers, fundraisers

Maintenance: Wood cutting & splitting, painting, mowing and grounds work, housekeeping, specialized areas such as electrical, plumbing, etc.

Program: Counselors, speakers, worship leaders, program helpers, program planning teams, horse boarding, climbing wall belayers, challenge course helpers

Office: Stuffing envelopes, folding letters, computer skills, promotional, fund raising

Summer Staff Employment

Summer Staff employment positions receive a weekly salary and also receive room and board.  In addition they have weekly outings, Bible studies and use of the recreation facilities.  Minimum ages vary from 15 years for Kitchen Assistants to 21 years for Staff Director.   Summer camp normally runs from mid-June through the third full week in August, and includes one week of orientation.  Job descriptions and other information are available upon request.
